To receive the group rate individuals must indicate the group name (World Captive Forum) and make reservations no later than Friday, October 19, 2010. The group rate is available until the cut-off date of October 19, 2010 or until the contracted room block is filled, whichever comes first. Any reservation requests received after the cut-off date of October 19, 2010 will be accepted on a space available basis only.

Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid being charged (1) night room and tax.
