For nearly 20 years, the World Captive Forum has been a leading source of information and education on captive insurance, providing an independent view of trends and developments in the captive sphere, as well as unrivaled access to expert speakers and service providers. The WCF's goal is to provide attendees of the forum with the information and contacts to ensure their captive programs and services are top-notch.

In keeping with that tradition, the WCF organizers are launching a periodic newsletter to share insights into current developments in captive insurance throughout the year, and to set the stage for more in-depth analysis and discussion of this and other hot topics at the 18th annual forum, to be held November 17-19, 2008 at the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa in Palm Springs, California.
